Cancellation & Refund Terms

We currently do not take online payments through the site; the booking request you send is not binding and no amount is charged. Program, dates and price are agreed by email, and until that point you may withdraw your request free of charge.

Once the online payment step opens, the deposit, collection and cancellation/refund rates will be published here in detail. Until then, the terms that apply are those confirmed in writing by email.

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact page; requests are reviewed within 5 business days at the latest.
